Peter has a start at this coming week's BMW Charity Pro Am Presented by Synnex Corporation in Greer in South Carolina, the larger then normal field ensuring he gets the chance to tee it up.

"I'm looking good for the BMW but am not sure about the following one at this stage," said Peter referring to the following week's Re Hospital Open.

"I'm actually playing pretty good although its a case at present of playing four rounds well instead of just three. Hopefully this week will be an improvement in that regard."

Peter is very excited about his team, The Bulldogs, in the Australian NRL competition, the Sydney based club now atop the ladder.

"The Bulldogs are doing great and I think its NSW's year for the State of Origin,"

After putting in some good work early in the week Peter has struggled with final round of 77 at the South Georgia Classic in Georgia and has finished in 64th position.

Peter mst now wait until later in the week to see if he has a start at the BMW Charity Classic in South Carolina,  although given the larger than normal field he should be ok for the chance th line-up.

After uncertainty about a start at this week's South Georgia Classic in Valdosta in Georgia, Peter has gained a place in the field and after a second round of 70 finds himself in a share of 31st position and is well and truly into the weekend field.

The event has been plagued by a weather delay which means that round two will not be completed until Saturday morning but his efforts today will have him playing the final two rounds.

It was a much improved display from tee to green today although Peter missed several good opportunities for birdie in what was a bogey free round.

Peter makes cut but finishes well back in Texas

Peter has finished well back at the WNB Golf Classic in Midland in Texas but at least he had the opportunity to play 54 holes of tournament golf in the weather reduced event and although his chances of a start at next week's event in Valdosta in South Georgia are slim, the opportunity to get more tournament golf under his belt has been important given his lack of competitve play of late.

The final round of the event was called off with the leaders having played just seven holes of the final round, excessive winds making conditions almost impossible. The event was therefore reduced to just 54 holes with final placings determined on 54 hole scores.

Peter finished with a third round of two under par 70 for a 54 hole total of 3 under and 60th place.

Peter makes cut in Texas

Peter has made the cut at the WNB Golf Classic in Midland in Texas, narrowly sneaking through to the weekend although two late bogies on day two perhaps made the performance a bit more difficult than it needed to be.

Just as he had yesterday Peter dropped shots late in his round but given that he has not played competitvely for several weeks to have made the cut and earned his way to the weekend was an encouraging effort.

Peter is in a share of 62nd position but at least he has the opportunity to improve over the weekend and importantly get more tournament golf under his belt.

As an emergeny for next week's event in Valdosta in Georgia, Peter needs a big weekend here or a bit of luck to have a start there.
